They don't waste anything here in Georgia. This pigs head is for sale for people to eat. One of the missionaries here was served cows tongue when invited out and he said "I would quickly put a bite in my mouth and swallow. It would just slither down my throat." Sister Packard and I don't eat in other homes much. We don't even enjoy going out to a restaurant very much because you pay for food you don't really want to eat.
